About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with key administrative contacts, including Directors and Managers of Stock Plan Administration teams
  • Manage the equity compensation relationship within the Wealth Management Client Segments division
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and maximize utilization of the firm's offering to enhance participant experience
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely client responses
  • Deliver regular business reviews featuring thought leadership, enhancements, and plan-level analytics
  • Maintain regular client contact and monitor client satisfaction through benchmarks, surveys, and RM check-ins
  • Promote efficiencies and best practices to improve service and execution
  • Align client requests and expectations with business needs and constraints
  • Coordinate new projects with clients and internal teams
  • Engage Morgan Stanley service support organizations to ensure effective service delivery
  • Communicate with internal business partners about plan events and key client issues
  • Attend industry webcasts and Morgan Stanley education forums and share relevant information with clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate professionally and respectfully with colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–10 years of industry experience
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation and stock plan industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Some travel required
  • Organizational skills to track and maintain multiple projects
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure with tight time constraints
  • Ability to build clear cases for complex or difficult decisions and present recommendations to management
  • Ability to identify issues and articulate concerns verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable running meetings and speaking to large groups
  • Certified Equity Professional designation
  • Appropriate securities licenses required: FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66, or willingness to obtain them within 180 days of hire
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
