About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions for Morgan Stanley at Work
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, develop, and enhance AI applications, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools
Support GenAI use cases using LLMs, enterprise search, RAG, vector databases, and AI platforms
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, release, and production support
Drive Agile development practices, backlog management, and coordination of onshore/offshore resources
Ensure solutions meet governance, security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards
Monitor solution performance, define KPIs, and continuously improve user adoption and business outcomes
Collaborate with technology, product, risk, compliance, and business teams across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in software development, technical analysis, solution delivery, or data integration
Experience building or supporting Generative AI, LLM, AI automation, or intelligent workflow solutions
Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL/data integration, and relational databases
Proficiency in Python
Experience with APIs, application development, and system integrations
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and source control tools
Understanding of security, data privacy, governance, risk, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, FastAPI/Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, enterprise search, Azure, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, AI governance, LLMOps, automation/RPA, and cloud-native technologies
Financial services experience preferred
