About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary Channel Marketing partner for the Alternatives business, supporting the marketing needs of the Alternatives sales organization and associated business priorities
  • Develop and execute marketing programs that support alternative investment strategies and solutions, including product launches, fundraising campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, advisor education programs, webinars, and events
  • Partner closely with Alternatives Product Marketing and sales leadership to translate business objectives into effective intermediary marketing strategies and deliverables
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, social, and event channels designed to drive awareness, engagement, and demand among financial advisors
  • Collaborate with other Channel Marketing managers to incorporate alternative investment capabilities into broader intermediary campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Lead the marketing support and promotion of conferences, roadshows, webinars, due diligence events, and other advisor-facing programs
  • Manage channel marketing deliverables from concept through execution, partnering with creative, editorial, digital, compliance, and production teams
  • Develop campaign measurement and reporting frameworks to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure coordinated execution and a consistent client experience
  • Assist the Channel Marketing team with other strategic initiatives and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience within asset management or financial services
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing programs for intermediary distribution channels, including broker-dealers, RIAs, wirehouses, and banks
  • Strong understanding of intermediary sales and marketing dynamics, advisor engagement strategies, and channel-based marketing programs
  • Experience with alternative investments, private markets, private credit, private equity, hedge funds, real assets, or related investment solutions preferred
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and investment teams
  • Results-oriented mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing effectiveness.
