About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inbound and outbound calls to stock option and share purchase plan executive level participants
- Working with the executive teams of our issuers on complex issues such as establishing 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, share gifting, money movement etc.
- Sensitively addressing customer needs and challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Using our proprietary online application, ShareworksTM, and other online tools to respond to client inquiries
- Responding to complaints from participants, including ensuring all situations are resolved or escalated appropriately
- Achieving daily benchmarks for call volumes and accuracy of responses
- Following established processes to ensure privacy, compliance and audit requirements are always met
- Working closely with all team members, ensuring information is shared as appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Current SIE, Series 7 & 63 license required
- Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service, particularly by phone and email
- Understanding equity markets and trading would be a definite asset but is not a requirement
- Flexibility to support a variety of shift times between Monday and Friday
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Proven ability to triage and prioritize multiple tasks at once
