About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a senior NQDC plan consulting resource for institutional clients, prospects, and internal Morgan Stanley partners
- Advise clients on NQDC plan design and features
- Conduct strategic reviews of existing NQDC plans and optimizethem
- Partner with relationship management teams for client conversations on NQDC design
- Develop client-facing presentations and recommendation documents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational and compliance considerations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of relevant financial services industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Consultative approach to working with institutional clients
- Strong COLI product knowledge
- Proven ability to communicate the economic, tax, and financial benefits of informal funding vehicles
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Insurance and Annuities licensing as well as FINRA licensing are required
