About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Indirect sourcing activities for HR Benefits, Travel, Professional Services, Marketing
- Facilitate new supplier engagements and service/product renewals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
- Develop sourcing and commodity strategies
- Maximize impact through competitive bids and benchmarking
- Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate contract terms
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Compliance to execute contracts
- Complete necessary documentation to enable the Source to Pay process
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Indirect sourcing positions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Category Management and running complex RFPs
- Subject matter expertise in Professional Services Commodity, Benefits Agreements, Learning and Development Commodity, and/or Marketing and Business Development Sourcing, or; Experience in execution of travel agreements
- Commercial negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in contract interpretation, analysis and drafting across Master and Sub-Agreements
- Strong Sourcing skills across all elements of the Source to Manage lifecycle
- Experience using procurement tools such as Ariba or Coupa
- Knowledge of French and English
