About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, and COO leadership teams to identify and prioritize high-value transformation, automation, and AI opportunities
  • Lead divisional engagement initiatives and act as a trusted advisor on process optimization, AI adoption and efficiency strategies
  • Drive GenAI adoption programs across Global Centers through governance, enablement, communications, and metrics reporting
  • Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, hackathons, promptathons, agent jams and roadshows to accelerate innovation and solution reuse
  • Lead process re-engineering and transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mapping, Process Mining and Automation methodologies
  • Develop executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, KPIs and leadership communications to track progress and demonstrate value realization
  • Partner with AI, Automation, and Platform teams to scale adoption of GenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, Claude cowork and related technologies
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies to deliver strategic outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Transformation, Process Improvement, Technology Strategy, Automation, AI Enablement, or Operational Excellence
  • Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional transformation programs
  • Demonstrated track record of driving adoption, efficiency improvements, and measurable business outcomes
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Process Improvement, Automation, or AI technologies are desirable
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
