About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Product Origination and Development team within Alternative Investments
Focus on onboarding and maintaining alternative investment offerings
Partner closely with fund managers, MSWM Advisors, MSWM Field Management, and other Morgan Stanley stakeholders
Support analytical projects for the Alternative Investments organization
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, Global Investment Manager Analysis, Legal, Operations, and Finance
Support investment product launches—executing placement agreements, tailoring offering and marketing materials, and presenting to Product Committees
Help enhance and maintain key metrics and reporting to enable management to monitor business health and identify new opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of financial services industry experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; detail oriented
Ability to manage and complete multiple and simultaneous projects with tight deadlines
Ability to understand, implement, monitor and improve upon key financial and business metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills; ability to work effectively in senior management settings
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
