Key responsibilities & impact

Consult with the business to identify high-impact AI use cases
Manage the CSR AI use case intake and prioritization process
Define adoption, quality, and risk metrics
Act as a consultant for the design and buildout of AI/LLM-enabled capabilities
Collaborate across functions to define controls
Partner on AI governance execution for CSR use cases
Develop reusable playbooks, testing templates, and governance artifacts
Manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement
Monitor AI content performance and risk indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience delivering, integrating, or operationalizing AI/ML or LLM-enabled solutions
Hands-on model development experience is a plus
Experience implementing human-in-the-loop review systems
Strong ability to explain AI outputs and risks to non-technical stakeholders
Prior Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory experience (minimum 2 years)
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
