Key responsibilities & impact

Shape the future of service by modernizing client experience through an elevated standard of care
Supervise, manage Support Professionals and execution of all business and service functions
Facilitate communication and training for Service Professionals
Partner with Market Sales and Risk teams
Support the MBSO with delivering on service initiatives
Lead the Branch in executing the organization’s strategic priorities
Mentor and supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals
Facilitate interviewing, selection and onboarding of new hires
Maintain strong relationships with key partners
Conduct one-on-one meetings for coaching, career goal setting, and team building
Manage Support Professionals coverage for Financial Advisors
Identify recognition opportunities and promote a consistent branch culture
Manage travel and entertainment expenses for Advisors
Facilitate resolution of client inquiries/requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education
Previous industry experience
Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and Series 10 (SU), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
Other licenses as required for the role or by management
