About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the future of service by modernizing client experience through an elevated standard of care
- Supervise, manage Support Professionals and execution of all business and service functions
- Facilitate communication and training for Service Professionals
- Partner with Market Sales and Risk teams
- Support the MBSO with delivering on service initiatives
- Lead the Branch in executing the organization’s strategic priorities
- Mentor and supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals
- Facilitate interviewing, selection and onboarding of new hires
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners
- Conduct one-on-one meetings for coaching, career goal setting, and team building
- Manage Support Professionals coverage for Financial Advisors
- Identify recognition opportunities and promote a consistent branch culture
- Manage travel and entertainment expenses for Advisors
- Facilitate resolution of client inquiries/requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education
- Previous industry experience
- Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and Series 10 (SU), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
- Other licenses as required for the role or by management
