About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hold team members accountable for service, sales, and relationship management delivered to stock plan participants
- Delegate responsibilities for the career growth of the team
- Oversee team members to ensure they meet targets for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics
- Coordinate team meetings, compliance training, and preparation of performance reviews
- Remain calm, professional, and in control in a volatile business environment
- Set and manage team standards around attendance, performance metrics, and service quality
- Focus on bottom line performance and improve overall performance, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Set and achieve stretch team goals
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain key talent
- Seek opportunities to grow business and drive sales
- Ensure retention of participants through concierge-type comprehensive support
- Provide superior level of service and satisfaction to successfully close sales
- Utilize independent decision-making skills to handle and resolve issues
- Work independently and exhibit computer literacy including technical resolution of basic to advanced problems
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Registrations: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 OR 66, Series 9/10 or 4/24/53 and ability to obtain Mass Registration & Trader Certification
- Minimum Years of Industry Experience: 5+ years
- Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan focused on growth, retention, and driving revenue
- Detailed understanding of the securities industry including equity compensation, trading (equity/derivatives), Mutual Funds/ETF’s, Bonds, wrap products, lending
- Ability to attract & nurture talented individuals into a successful Sales & Support team
- Proven ability to resolve complex B2B challenges
- Proven track record of coaching team members
- Ability to create a team culture which drives urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client financial requirements
- Evidence of strong leadership capabilities and previous supervisory experience
