About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide end-to-end business management support across the FCR portfolio
Drive day-to-day Program Support coverage across the FCR portfolio
Support and coordinate governance forums and senior stakeholder routines
Lead cross-risk coordination across multiple divisions/stakeholders
Manage issue and action plan oversight and reporting oversight
Support regulatory responses and remediation efforts
Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for automation
Prepare executive support and senior-level presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
Very strong critical thinking skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Familiarity with VBA, Tableau, Dataiku (preferred)
Strong organizational skills
Confidence operating in high-paced environments
Ability to research and resolve issues independently
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
First Line Risk & Controls, Compliance or Audit experience
Bachelor’s degree required
