About the role
- Responsible for a broad range of operational risk management tasks supporting functional process owners in Capital Markets, Core Processing & Risk
- Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area
- Coordinate work, train and develop other team members
- Conduct process walkthrough meetings with Operations
- Design test scripts, conduct testing, reporting results, and compiling reporting for management
- Lead the coordination of external audits and internal Compliance exams
Requirements
- College degree (BS or BA)
- At least 4 years' relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures
- Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis
- Power BI and Alteryx are a plus
