About the role

  • Assist in managing FA website platforms, including updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Support social media enablement through proactive platform troubleshooting, testing and continuous enhancement efforts.
  • Aid in the execution of advertising campaigns via our self-service platform, including setup, testing, and advisor support.
  • Help coordinate testing and implementation of platform enhancements, ensuring usability, quality assurance, and minimal disruption.
  • Provide reporting metrics across platforms to help identify areas for improvement and inform strategic prioritization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—technology, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, analytics—to ensure platform alignment and effectiveness.
  • Help identify opportunities to evolve platforms in line with FA needs and firm priorities.
  • Work with Field Marketing to support engagement and adoption efforts – user experience improvement, enablement materials, and communications - that promote awareness and usage of these platforms.
  • Support platform governance activities, including review of workflows and compliance oversight.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal tech partners to support platform roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Stay informed on advisor trends, digital marketing tools, and self-service technologies to suggest enhancements and new features.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital platforms, product support, or program coordination.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Yext, Seismic) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to support complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Solid understanding of websites, social media, digital content, and advisor/client communications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented, and creative.
  • Experience in financial services or advisor marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product management, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
