About the role
- Successful execution of assigned projects across various disciplines such as Automation, Data Analysis, Corporate Action, and Administrative support
- Provide expertise in equity compensation practices, trends, and programs to clients
- Support client relationship and service management by delivering timely and accurate responses to requests for information
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Onboarding, Client Success Management, Implementation, etc) and external (e.g. Third Party vendors and channel Partners) to implement automated and integrated solutions in support of client requirements for their equity compensation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or a related field
- Solid Proficiency in software and web applications, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with MS Access is a plus
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with stock plan administration systems such as Equity Edge Online, Shareworks or Global Intelligence is preferred
