- Serve as a key contact between business partners, technology, and vendors
- Partner with business teams to support and ensure delivery of technology solutions
- Employ strong analytical skills to identify, evaluate and define complex systems
- Create product artifacts and gain approval from business and technology leaders
- Analyze incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships across functions and levels of an organization
Requirements
- 3 plus years of professional experience
- 2 plus years of Securities Based Credit and Lending business, risk, or operations experience
- Experience in a brokerage firm or bank providing securities based and margin loans is a plus
- Experience with product development, strategic planning, system development, process design, and/or project management in an agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
