- Managing end-to-end projects for corporate clients and internal partners
- Focusing on operational support across equity administration platforms
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties to implement automated solutions
- Ensuring efficient execution of projects related to clients' equity compensation programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or a related field
- Solid Proficiency in software and web applications, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
