About the role
- Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships
- Process client requests and resolve inquiries
- Onboard and maintain client accounts
- Discuss reinvestment options and corporate actions
- Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for meetings
- Support Financial Advisors in delivering client service model
- Maintain marketing materials and plan client events
- Participate in training and education programs
- Perform administrative duties supporting Financial Advisors
Requirements
- Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
