About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and presentations
- Draft and edit correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, visual resources, and other client-facing materials
- Leverage firm tools to manage data, conduct research using internal and external resources, and create reports
- Partner with the Marketing and Events teams to develop event content
- Assist with budget development, maintenance, and tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- three (3) years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects
- Proven ability to balance competing demands
- Excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database applications
