About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and coordinate all aspects related to the onboarding of new lateral partners
Communicate regularly with lateral partners between the time they are voted into the partnership and their first day
Work collaboratively with firm administrative departments and practice groups to execute successful onboarding and orientation for all lateral partners
Provide high level administrative support to the Manager of Partner Integration in the development and execution of various activities related to other aspects of the lateral partner integration program

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Exceptional client service focus
Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands
