About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your mission at morefire: As a Marketing Manager in morefire's internal marketing team, you will be responsible for key areas that directly impact our marketing and sales performance.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: You will continuously develop our CRM and marketing automation processes in HubSpot, ensure high data quality, and implement targeted email marketing initiatives.
- Content Management: You will coordinate and manage our marketing content, from case studies and blog posts to other digital content formats.
- AI & Process Automation: You will identify automation opportunities, implement AI-powered processes using LLMs and integration tools, and actively bring new AI expertise into our marketing team.
- Events & Trade Shows: You will plan, organize and support our trade show and event appearances from preparation through follow-up.
- Marketing Strategy: You will develop measures that strengthen our brand and sustainably support our marketing and sales performance.
- Project Management: You will independently manage marketing projects and ensure their successful implementation.
- Collaboration & Development: You will onboard working students, assign and coordinate their tasks, and take responsibility for their professional supervision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Marketing, CRM & HubSpot: You bring experience in digital marketing and a solid understanding of CRM processes, customer journeys and segmentation. Ideally, you have previous experience with HubSpot.
- AI & Automation: You are enthusiastic about AI and marketing automation and have first experience with automation tools such as Make, n8n or Zapier — or you are eager to learn them.
- Technical aptitude: You enjoy technical and logical thinking and like to get to grips with new tools and topics.
- Analytical & solution-oriented mindset: You quickly recognise connections, work in a structured way and develop pragmatic solutions for complex challenges.
- Hands-on mentality: You take ownership, implement ideas independently and drive projects to completion.
- Communication: You communicate confidently in German and English and can convey complex topics clearly — both in writing and verbally.
