About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of high-profile, innovative and important client initiatives that provide competitive advantage and improve patient health outcomes
- Drive continued growth of Moorhouse’s Life Sciences sector by winning new work and growing the project and client base
- Lead and shape key initiatives within the Life Sciences sector
- Enable team members to succeed
- Build, grow and leverage consulting capabilities to support clients’ critical initiatives
- Develop Life Sciences expertise through training, proposition development and marketing
- Independently lead transformation projects or initiatives
- Identify, scope and lead key internal initiatives
- Build capability, coach and upskill colleagues
- Identify and scope consulting solutions and manage new projects through the sales process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8 years’ experience from a management consulting firm working on transformation and change projects
- Outstanding delivery, advisory and transformation capability
- Experience independently leading projects or initiatives in transformation programmes or large projects
- Experience in project or programme management, change management, operational excellence, process improvement, operating model, organisation design, digital/technology implementation, omnichannel, strategy and insights
- Subject matter knowledge and experience working in Life Sciences
- Experience in Commercial, Medical Affairs, Global Health, Access & Sustainability, or R&D Development functions
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
- Ability to identify and scope consulting solutions and manage new projects through the sales process
- Strong record of leading teams, building capability, coaching and upskilling colleagues
- Broad business and corporate problem-solving and project experience
- Passion for Life Sciences and transformation and change that improves health outcomes
- Self-starter able to work independently and identify, scope and lead key initiatives
- Applicants requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future cannot be progressed

Comp & perks- Base salary of £82,005 plus personal and company bonuses paid every six months
