About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to business development activities, as well as leading consultant and client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts.
  • Motivate, support and develop junior members of the Moorhouse team and play an active role in the career development of a small group of colleagues.
  • Shape and deliver complex business change and transformation programmes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 - 8 years consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained delivering transformational change in industry;
  • Experience working with organisations in Energy Generation, Retail or Utilities Distribution, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Networks, Water or Nuclear sectors;
  • A demonstrated track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services; with experience contributing to sales and business development, and a relevant professional network.
  • An ability to shape and deliver complex business change and transformation programmes; commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues;
  • Experience of working with and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
