About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will advise a broad range of clients on corporate and business law matters, including:
- Company law and general business law advice
- Group reorganisations, including capital reductions, share buybacks, share exchanges and reconstructions
- Capital investments and strategic advice to new and developing businesses
- Joint ventures, investment and shareholders’ agreements
- Mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses
- Employee Ownership Trusts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Approximately 3-4 years’ post qualified experience
LPC qualification or equivalent
Must hold a valid Solicitors Practising Certificate
Experience specialising in corporate law
Experience of working within a partnership environment
Strong intellect and ability to think creatively
Excellent technical drafting, written communication and analytical skills are essential
Credible and competent in dealing with difficult situations.
Ability to influence and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise
Team player
Shares the firm’s desire to help our clients realise their ambitions
