About the role

  • Map and assess existing People processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement standardized workflows that support scalability and compliance
  • Manage process optimization projects from scoping to execution, collaborating with stakeholders across People, Finance, and Tech.
  • Analyze data to monitor process performance and identify root causes of operational challenges.
  • Document processes and changes clearly, ensuring visibility and accountability.
  • Support adoption of new systems and tools that enhance people operations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in business process design, people operations, or operations excellence.
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to identify gaps and measure success. (Looker, Google Sheets, SQL is optional)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and proactive communicator, capable of influencing cross-functional partners
  • Curious, process-oriented mindset with a desire to build scalable solutions for growing teams.
