About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide approximately 6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week
Conduct approximately 3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly
Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week
Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed
Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards
Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must hold a valid California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings
Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Passion for equity in mental health care and supporting clinician growth
