About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide approximately 6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week
- Conduct approximately 3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week
- Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed
- Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must hold a valid California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings
- Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Passion for equity in mental health care and supporting clinician growth
