Senior Manager, Associate Clinician Program

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end Associate Clinician Program, including structure, standards, and outcomes
- Define what “great” looks like for associate performance, experience, and progression
- Build scalable systems to support growth across supervisors, and care models
- Establish KPIs (quality, compliance, retention, patient outcomes) and continuously improve against them
- Conduct clinical interviews for associate clinicians and clinical supervisors
- Set and enforce clinical quality standards across all associate-delivered care
- Oversee high-risk and complex cases, ensuring appropriate escalation pathways
- Design and maintain a high-quality, scalable supervision model (not just compliance-based, but developmental)
- Interview, train, and develop a strong bench of supervisors
- Define and enforce clear expectations for associate clinicians
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted clinical LCSW license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist)
- Meets BBS requirements for providing clinical supervision
- 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
- 2+ years experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
- Strong knowledge of ethical standards, risk management, and clinical best practices
- Familiar with BBS Regulations regarding Associate and Supervisor requirements.
