About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the daily maintenance of the website, including updating product listings, promotional campaigns, and category content
Help manage the onsite trading calendar, ensuring all promotional activity is executed accurately and on time
Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key KPIs like conversion rate, traffic, and revenue across regions
Assist with SEO implementation by updating meta-data, landing page content
Work closely with the Design, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all customer touchpoints
Regularly audit site journeys to identify bugs, broken links, or inconsistencies in messaging, ensuring a smooth user experience
Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing site optimization projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Data-Driven: A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to help make informed decisions
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments
Mindset: A creative, "can-do" attitude with a genuine interest in site design, user journeys, and online trading
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Experience: Previous experience or strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, or web operations
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Exposure to tools like Tableau is a plus
