Compiling and reconciling our monthly EU payrolls in line with our payroll calendar and processes.
Answering general payroll queries for our EU-based Monzonauts in a delightful and accessible way.
Monitor our payroll processes to make sure we minimise errors and provide technical expertise on how to consistently improve our payroll process.
Act as the first point of contact between Monzo and our EU payroll providers to ensure we are receiving a gold-standard level of service.
Work closely with our POps and wider People Collective teams to provide the best possible Monzonaut experience through accurate and timely data submissions.
Requirements
You have experience of end to end payroll processes from data input to data reconciliation and reporting in Spain or Italy as a minimum.
You have knowledge of legislation and best practice either through professional qualifications or through lived experience.
You have the ability to work to a high level of accuracy, autonomy and demonstrate attention to detail.
You are highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise appropriately.
You have experience in setting up new payrolls and benefits.
