QA Automation Engineer

• Develop UI and API automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize which manual test cases to automate based on impact and cost.
• Develop tools and frameworks to simplify test creation for the team, continuously enhance testing infrastructure, and contribute to the optimization of test strategies and processes.
• Implement strategies to parallelize tests and measure performance to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and other LLM-based assistants) to accelerate test development, code reviews, documentation, and problem-solving activities.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design stakeholders to implement highly scalable solutions for an enterprise web application.
• Deliver high-quality software within committed deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Participate in all team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and refinement sessions. You will be treated as a full-time member of the Monument family.
• Review code and provide feedback to your teammates.
