About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide professional services to the Hospital’s patient population.
Assurance of continuity of care for those patients assigned to Physician.
Work with the Hospital’s administrators as required.
Assist with recruitment and evaluation of staff.
Participate in community benefit programs and committees.
Participate in after hours and on-call coverage as needed.
Provide and perform additional services as requested by the Hospital.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional services to the Hospital’s patient population (including but not limited to assessment, treatment and management of care).
Work with designated Hospital administrators to provide input into Practice Location’s budgets, capital expenditures, strategic planning and marketing.
Assist with the selection, supervision and evaluation of the Practice Location’s staff.
Assist the Hospital in recruitment of additional physicians to the area served by the Hospital.
Participate in utilization management, quality improvement, patient satisfaction programs and committees as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital.
Participate in such teaching or community benefit programs or other activities as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital from time to time.
Participate in after hours and on call coverage as may be indicated for patient care and practice needs.
