About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide professional services to the Hospital’s patient population.
  • Assurance of continuity of care for those patients assigned to Physician.
  • Work with the Hospital’s administrators as required.
  • Assist with recruitment and evaluation of staff.
  • Participate in community benefit programs and committees.
  • Participate in after hours and on-call coverage as needed.
  • Provide and perform additional services as requested by the Hospital.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional services to the Hospital’s patient population (including but not limited to assessment, treatment and management of care).
  • Work with designated Hospital administrators to provide input into Practice Location’s budgets, capital expenditures, strategic planning and marketing.
  • Assist with the selection, supervision and evaluation of the Practice Location’s staff.
  • Assist the Hospital in recruitment of additional physicians to the area served by the Hospital.
  • Participate in utilization management, quality improvement, patient satisfaction programs and committees as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital.
  • Participate in such teaching or community benefit programs or other activities as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital from time to time.
  • Participate in after hours and on call coverage as may be indicated for patient care and practice needs.
