About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Product portfolio management: monitor commercial performance and margins, proposing actions related to assortment mix, discontinuations, or price adjustments.
  • Market and competitor analysis: monitor trends, launches and competitive positioning, generating insights for assortment and innovation decisions.
  • Product data entry in the system: ensure correct entry and updating of technical and commercial information, including descriptions, measurements, costs, composition and data for the website.
  • Purchase order management: issue orders, follow approvals, track shipments and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure on-time deliveries within the planned purchasing budget.
  • Supplier negotiation: continuously seek the best costs, lead times and commercial terms while balancing quality, profitability and brand positioning.
  • New product development: collaborate with design, procurement, marketing and operations to ensure new products are relevant, profitable and meet expected quality standards.
  • Launch planning: define market entry strategies, pricing, sales targets and positioning together with the marketing and commercial teams.
  • KPI management: monitor KPIs such as margin, turnover and stock coverage, and develop action plans when necessary.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration: work closely with marketing, supply chain, commercial, e-commerce and visual merchandising teams to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies.
  • Leadership support: provide strategic analyses and executive presentations to support business decisions and the product roadmap.
  • Lifecycle management: propose actions to maximize each product’s performance — from launch through to eventual discontinuation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
  • Availability to work in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro (hybrid)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Intermediate English
  • Power BI is a plus
