About the role
- Responsible for structuring, automating, and sustaining CRM operations, ensuring scalability, data quality, and the evolution of journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrations with the ecosystem (Salesforce, VTEX, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Build and optimize journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder / Automation Studio);
- Create automated flows (post-purchase, reactivation, churn prevention, rewards, NPS);
- Implement entry, exclusion, and communication prioritization rules;
- Analyze journey performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, revenue);
- Propose data-driven improvements (A/B testing, timing, segmentation);
- Support the construction of a customer view (lifecycle, RFV/RFM, cohorts).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Intermediate SQL
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer data, extracting relevant insights
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders
- Availability to work on-site in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro
