About the role

  • Create dashboards that include key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives (OKRs);
  • Participate in the development of commercial campaigns and monitor their execution across the store network;
  • Interact with store teams, listening to their needs and ensuring they have all the information required to make things happen;
  • Develop and refine operational processes to improve the customer experience and drive sales across all stores in the network;
  • Use data analysis and metrics to ensure processes are executed consistently;
  • Support the commercial team in organizing and executing store operation routines;
  • Update documents, materials, and systems used by the department;
  • Collaborate in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis); knowledge of Power Query and SQL is a plus;
  • Availability to work in Barra da Tijuca - Rio de Janeiro;
  • Strong written communication skills and good organizational ability;
  • Experience producing reports and presentations.
