About the role

  • Partner with AEs, TAMs, and Sales Leaders to anchor opportunities in clear business value.
  • Lead discovery with executive stakeholders (C-suite, VP Data/Analytics/Engineering).
  • Build bespoke financial models quantifying benefits (e.g., incident reduction, productivity gains, risk mitigation, AI readiness).
  • Support high-stakes executive presentations and deal reviews with compelling, data-driven narratives.
  • Measure and communicate realized customer value (baseline analysis, KPI tracking, QBR content).
  • Create value frameworks for renewals and multi-year proposals.
  • Build templates, benchmarks, and self-serve tools to support value delivery at scale.
  • Coach GTM teams on value-selling and quantitative storytelling.
  • Develop reusable assets — ROI models, playbooks, vertical-specific value stories.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop case studies, webinars, and thought leadership content around business value.
  • Work with regional GTM leaders to prioritize value consulting support.
  • Surface insights to Product, Marketing, and Sales to influence messaging and roadmap.
  • Continuously refine and scale the value-selling motion across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in management consulting, value consulting, sales strategy, or business transformation.
  • 4+ years in customer-facing, value/ROI-oriented roles at enterprise software or data/analytics companies.
  • Experience building financial models and influencing executive-level decisions.
  • Strong quantitative and modeling skills (Excel/Sheets, scenario analysis).
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for scaling value assets (e.g. GPT, Perplexity, Anthropic).
  • Excellent communication skills and executive-level storytelling.
  • High business acumen and a consultative, collaborative approach working across Sales, SE, CS, Product, and Marketing.
  • Comfort contributing in fast-moving, high-ownership environments; builder mentality to create frameworks and repeatable processes.
  • Passion for data reliability, cloud modernization, and AI readiness.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with data, analytics, ML/AI, or observability.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, etc.).
  • MBA or advanced degree.
