About the role

  • Lead end-to-end Agentic AI projects, coordinating initiatives from concept through production deployment.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI adds value.
  • Ensure AI is embedded across the organization and not isolated to a single team.
  • Plan and manage projects using agile methodologies, setting roadmaps and milestones.
  • Validate proposed technical solutions, ensuring best practices in AI development.
  • Champion responsible AI practices to meet ethical, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Keep the team updated with the latest AI trends and propose new AI applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years leading or developing AI and automation projects (Power Platform or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI models and preferably knowledge of autonomous agent systems (Copilot Studio, AI Foundry and similar).
  • Ability to identify how AI creates business value and capable of prioritizing AI initiatives based on impact.
  • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and experience implementing responsible AI practices.
  • Preferred: Experience deploying generative AI solutions in production environments.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Very good Business Spanish required (B2/C1 level).
  • Very good Business English required (B2/C1 level).
