About the role
- Ensure the availability, performance and security of systems.
- Maintain the proper functioning of equipment that enables all employees to work efficiently.
- Anticipate technical risks and propose improvement plans.
- Design and recommend solutions to simplify, stabilize and future-proof the IT infrastructure.
- Lead IT projects with strategic scope.
- Participate in project kick-off and follow-up meetings as the technical point of reference.
- Provide expert-level support to the IT support teams.
- Keep technical documentation up to date and actionable.
- Advise the service manager on technology choices.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Degree in computer science (minimum Bachelor’s level) or equivalent experience.
- Proven initial experience in systems and network administration.
- Interest in industrial and structured environments.
- Fundamental knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, VLAN, basic security concepts, etc.)
- Familiarity with server environments and virtualization (Azure, VMware, vSphere, etc.)
- Organizational and interpersonal skills: rigor, team spirit, proactive approach, etc.
