About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting across Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Data, Product, and select business functions.
  • Own the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and close.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive, top-tier candidates across competitive markets.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into pipelines, ensuring clarity, speed, and communication at every stage.
  • Build and refine Monstro’s recruiting infrastructure—ATS workflows, automation, templates, and analytics dashboards.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, etc.) to improve efficiency.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Create process documentation and recruiting playbooks for repeatable scale.
  • Work directly with Monstro’s leadership team to prioritize roles and calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding strategy, timelines, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure consistent communication and coordination across departments.
  • Represent Monstro’s mission, culture, and values in every candidate interaction.
  • Help shape and launch Monstro’s talent brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience rooted in transparency, responsiveness, and respect.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of recruiting experience in high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
  • Proven success hiring engineers, AI/ML talent, product managers, and technical leaders.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, funnel management, and market mapping.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting operations, systems setup, and analytics (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem).
  • Comfortable managing 8–12 active searches at once with speed and precision.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professionalism across all interactions.
  • High ownership mindset—resourceful, organized, and resilient in dynamic environments.
  • Excited by building from zero: systems, structure, and process that scale.
