• Lead & Grow the Product Team
• Inherit and lead an existing team of two product managers with initial systems in place - and build on that foundation as the company scales
• Set the standard for planning, prioritization, decision-making, and quality
• Lead design from day one and hire product talent as scope grows
• Own the next phase: enhancing the product based on roadmap priorities and real client feedback
• Own client delivery - implementation, configuration, and go-live at client sites - in close partnership with engineering
• Work with large institutional design partners to shape the product from MVP into deployment across millions of users
• Manage the roadmap across both products as client priorities and business direction evolve
• Own the bank-branded consumer experience and the institutional platform for bankers, advisors, and operators
• Define how these two products connect, share intelligence, and reinforce each other
• Ensure both meet the precision and accountability standards institutional clients require
• Define a modern, AI-first product process for a regulated, high-accountability environment
• Leverage AI tools natively across prototyping, requirements, user journeys, and technical handoff
• Build from first principles - Monstro is not a variation on existing banking or fintech patterns
• Create the language and mental models for a new category of AI-native financial infrastructure
• Define how banks guide customers using AI-native intelligence - personalization, guidance, and actionability at scale
• Own Monstro's product narrative with bank partners, institutional design partners, and the market.

Chief Product Officer

Brand Designer

• Help evolve and scale Monstro's visual identity across every touchpoint, with a focus on expanding our presence into the US and Middle East
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems that ensure consistency as we grow across markets
• Create thoughtful visual solutions that communicate trust, clarity, and technical excellence — adapted for cultural context, not just translated
• Challenge conventional approaches to find the most compelling representation of our brand in each new market
• Design and continuously improve our website and digital presence
• Partner with Product and Engineering to create polished digital experiences that align with our brand
• Support light UI and visual design work where appropriate
• Design campaign assets across digital, email, social media, and product launches
• Create compelling visuals that help tell Monstro's story across multiple channels and markets
• Produce quick-turn creative assets while maintaining a consistently high quality bar
• Design presentations, investor materials, sales collateral, one-pagers, and recruiting assets
• Support executive communications with polished, high-impact visual materials
• Help elevate every external interaction with a consistent and professional brand experience
• Design conference booths, signage, printed collateral, merchandise, and other physical brand materials
• Ensure our in-person presence reflects the same quality and consistency as our digital experience, including at regional events in the US and Middle East.

Operations

• Own the company’s source of truth (priorities, owners, deadlines, dependencies)
• Ensure that decisions made in executive meetings are translated into clear, actionable, and tracked workstreams
• Act as the operational backbone for our commercial expansion
• Lead high-impact, confidential initiatives
• Identify bottlenecks before they impact delivery

Financial Crime

• Use your financial planning expertise to shape how Monstro evaluates complex wealth guidance.
• Assess AI-generated planning frameworks, decision constructs, and guidance pathways against professional judgment standards.
• Review, refine, and approve final guidance training across wealth planning scenarios.
• Identify where structured guidance is sufficient and when to flag for expert human review.
• Act as the subject matter expert for early advice frameworks, edge cases, and high-stakes planning scenarios.

Senior Wealth Planning Specialist – Financial Intelligence

AI Engineer

• Architect and build AI agent systems — including multi-agent workflows, orchestration layers, and the infrastructure that makes them reliable and auditable in production
• Design modeling and reasoning systems that meet the correctness and explainability requirements of financial services — where every recommendation needs to be traceable and defensible
• Build internal tooling platforms (Python/FastAPI) that enable domain experts and engineers to author, validate, and deploy AI-powered analysis at scale
• Own distributed backend infrastructure: event-driven workers, job pipelines, and multi-stage processing systems that deliver AI outputs reliably under load
• Establish patterns for AI output validation and quality assurance — including automated evaluation pipelines, hallucination detection, and compliance guardrails
• Drive technical decisions across teams: schema design, API contracts, system boundaries, and service architecture

• Serve as Monstro's external regulatory authority
• Represent Monstro in conversations with banks' compliance, risk, and regulatory stakeholders during vendor diligence
• Own Monstro's regulatory strategy and positioning
• Shape the product from a compliance and risk perspective
• Build and maintain the compliance and risk framework
