• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and integrations.
• Lead key architectural decisions on infrastructure, data flow, and cloud deployment strategy.

• Drive observability, monitoring, and uptime standards across backend services.

AI Engineer

• Develop and refine AI systems that convert structured financial guidance into dynamic, short-form videos.
• Build modular pipelines for personalized video generation—leveraging LLMs, multimodal frameworks, and video synthesis models.
• Experiment with prompting, chaining, and AI orchestration techniques to ensure narrative accuracy, tone, and actionability.
• Work within Monstro’s core tech stack: Python, FastAPI, LangChain/LangGraph, Supabase, Docker, AWS App Runner, and LangSmith tracing.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate video-generation capabilities directly into Monstro’s consumer experience.
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems for generating, rendering, and caching video content.
• Partner with product and design teams to align technical output with user experience goals.
• Ensure videos are contextually relevant, visually coherent, and reinforce user understanding and confidence.
• Develop frameworks for multi-language and accessibility-friendly video output.

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Data, Product, and select business functions.
• Own the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and close.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive, top-tier candidates across competitive markets.
• Maintain real-time visibility into pipelines, ensuring clarity, speed, and communication at every stage.
