About the role

  • Day-to-day administration, governance, and optimization of SUSE’s enablement technology stack
  • Serve as central/main administrator for Litmos: system setup, roles, groups, permissions, course and learning path creation, certifications, system configuration, billing and subscriptions
  • Upload and manage content (SCORM, videos, PDFs, assessments); coordinate with instructional designers and SMEs
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to learners, instructors, managers, partners, and customers; create user guides and conduct training/onboarding
  • Create, customize, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports for progress, compliance, and training metrics; monitor system usage
  • Support integrations and automation (e.g., Dell Boomi, Clarus) and collaborate with IT and SAP Litmos support for escalations
  • Administer Highspot: maintain content, govern spots, create Sales Plays, dashboards, reports, and measure content performance
  • Maintain Image Relay asset library: upload, tagging, distribution, and resolve API/sync issues with IT
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage additional enablement tools; implement enhancements and plan upgrades
  • Support field communications, assist with Field Memos, and monitor enablement inbox when requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years using Litmos (LMS Administrator experience)
  • Strong understanding of eLearning standards (SCORM, API, AICC)
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and capable of creating customized reports
  • Experience with Litmos, Highspot, Image Relay platforms
  • Experience or ability to work with integrations/automation (Dell Boomi, Clarus)
  • Familiarity with integrations to Workday, Salesforce, Open edX
  • Ability to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user and technical support
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and ability to work with hard customers
