About the role
- You will be responsible for conducting user experience research to support a security-focused product suite.
- Collaborating with design, content, technical writing, program management, and engineering teams to ensure a coherent and user-friendly experience.
- Scoping research projects, planning and executing studies, analyzing findings, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Psychology, HCI/HFE, HCDE, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of research and design experience.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of qualitative (e.g., ethnography) and quantitative (e.g., data analytics) research methodologies and statistics.
- Proven ability to create research plans and drive progress on key metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and present findings effectively.
