About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors
- Educate them on Monroe private credit offerings
- Capture sales opportunities and/or increase market share of their client allocations
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, group presentations and conference calls
- Deliver high-quality product knowledge and develop strong rapport with investors to drive results
- Attend industry events and conferences as appropriate
- Develop and maintain understanding of Monroe’s various platform and offerings
- Maintain an understanding of industry/market trends
- Utilize management reporting tools to capture sales and client activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10+ years of external Business Development experience in the advisor-sold space
- Extensive connectivity in the independent wealth management channel, such as Private Bank, Wirehouse, and Independent Broker-Dealer platforms
- Proven track record of success in fundraising within the Wealth Management Channel
- Established relationships within the various wealth management channels
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or Business-related degree (preferred)
- Series 7 and 63 preferred
