About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors
Educate them on Monroe private credit offerings
Capture sales opportunities and/or increase market share of their client allocations
Conduct one-on-one meetings, group presentations and conference calls
Deliver high-quality product knowledge and develop strong rapport with investors to drive results
Attend industry events and conferences as appropriate
Develop and maintain understanding of Monroe’s various platform and offerings
Maintain an understanding of industry/market trends
Utilize management reporting tools to capture sales and client activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10+ years of external Business Development experience in the advisor-sold space
Extensive connectivity in the independent wealth management channel, such as Private Bank, Wirehouse, and Independent Broker-Dealer platforms
Proven track record of success in fundraising within the Wealth Management Channel
Established relationships within the various wealth management channels
Bachelor’s degree in finance or Business-related degree (preferred)
Series 7 and 63 preferred
