About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end sales contract intake and review process, ensuring requests follow the correct workflow and approval path
  • Coordinate feedback from Legal, Sales, CSR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Lines
  • Maintain visibility into contract status and provide timely stakeholder updates
  • Summarize key agreement terms for internal discussions and decision-making
  • Communicate internal guidelines and assist business teams with negotiations involving customers, vendors, consultants, and service providers
  • Review and process NDAs and other standard agreements with guidance from Legal
  • Identify risks, open items, and required approvals based on internal policies
  • Organize historical documents and assist with Contract Management System improvements or upgrades
  • Support development and maintenance of the Contract Playbook, templates, and standard terms
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract workflows and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple regions to resolve operational issues
  • Travel periodically between Kirkland, WA and San Jose, CA for training, coordination, and cross-functional planning
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
  • 3~5 years of relevant experience in contract operations, sales operations, procurement operations, or similar roles in a semiconductor, electronics, or technology company
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Experience managing structured workflows and driving operational efficiency
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and DocuSign
  • Experience with Contract Management Systems (CMS) preferred
  • Program or project management experience is a plus
