About the role
- Responsible for driving all design-in activity and wins within assigned customer accounts
- Consistently exceeding assigned revenue targets
- Indirect management of Manufacturers Representatives and channel partners
- Work closely with MPS product division marketing and engineering personnel to identify market trends and customer specific requirements
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of target customers and industry trends
- Technical ability to understand entire MPS product portfolio
- Good people and analytical skills
- Ability to grow management and design engineering relationships
- Ability to interface with MPS executive staff
- Good presentation skills to all levels of personnel
- Self-motivated to work as an individual sales contributor
- Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or proven sales success
- Consideration for experienced field applications or design engineer willing to move to sales
