About the role
- Responsible for driving all design-in activity and wins within assigned accounts.
- Exceed assigned revenue targets consistently.
- Indirect management of Manufacturers Representatives and channel partners.
- Work closely with product division marketing and engineering to identify market trends and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of target customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Technical ability to understand entire MPS product portfolio and market strategy.
- Good people and analytical skills to manage sales personnel.
- Ability to grow management level and design engineering relationships.
- Must be able to interface with MPS executive staff and product divisions.
- Good presentation skills to all levels of personnel.
- Self-motivated individual sales contributor with a technical degree, preferably in engineering, or a proven track record in selling electronic components.
- Consideration for experienced field applications or design engineer willing to move to sales.
