About the role

  • Design and implement clinical processes and tools focused on enhancing operational efficiency and quality of care
  • Manage improvement projects from end-to-end: scoping, execution, and delivery
  • Extract and analyze data from company databases, generate reports, and evaluate clinical performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes that enhance efficiency and quality of care
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource needs, milestones, timelines and action items, and report to senior leaders on progress made toward those key projects, including notification of any barriers, and steps to address
  • Develop and manage tools and resources for the Clinical Operations team to operate efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians, operational leaders, technology, and other parts of the organization
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure productive working relationships with shared services departments
  • Effectively represent Clinical Operations on projects led by other departments, including providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, including project management and process improvement work
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Excel, reporting and data analysis
  • Experience in healthcare services or healthcare technology
  • Self-starter and an independent, critical thinker with ability to drive accountability across the organization
  • Demonstration of excellent professional communication skills through clear and concise documentation
  • Proficiency with database and analytics solutions such as Salesforce Health Cloud, Power BI; SQL experience is preferred
  • Experience in a professional services environment such as consulting or relevant start-up experience is preferred
  • Prior experience presenting to and working with senior leadership is preferred
