About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • partner with employees and leaders across corporate organization
  • handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on employee relations issues
  • operate as business partner on workforce analytics and organizational optimization
  • work closely with HR functional experts to ensure programs are optimized
  • counsel and assist employees and managers guided by policies and laws

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Experience partnering with, coaching, and guiding senior leaders as a HR business partner
  • Experience using data and high judgement to drive business decisions
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
