About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into analytics solutions
Define and deliver meaningful KPIs and metrics within your assigned domain
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness following governance standards
Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues using proven technical solutions
Monitor report usage and recommend practical improvements
Work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake
Share knowledge and provide informal guidance to Lead small, well‑defined analytics efforts as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
Strong leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
3–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles
Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M)
Experience with cloud‑based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics services, or Delta Lake
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or B2B environments is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data is a plus
