About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build sophisticated, highly scalable mobile apps using Flutter
Build custom Flutter packages using native Android and iOS functionalities and APIs
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code
Write efficient queries for core data
Apply MVC and MVVM-C architectures to build maintainable, testable, functional software
Explore feasible architectures for new features
Resolve system problems and add new features
Design space- and time-efficient data structures
Follow development best practices and maintain structured, well-documented code
Use CI/CD for smooth deployment
Manage code and projects in Git and coordinate with team members and managers
Communicate project status and propose deadlines with the Project Manager
Follow security guidelines and validate cloud-system changes for backend security
Maintain software throughout the product lifecycle, including design, development, verification, and bug fixes
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver stable apps
Resolve QA-reported bugs promptly
Perform time profiling and memory-leak assessments
Execute app verification protocols and write app tests
Follow company policies and quality procedures to ensure quality deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years plus combined mobile development experience
Flutter experience building cross-platform mobile apps for Android, iOS, and Web, including responsive UIs, efficient data queries, and optimized state management
Native Android and iOS experience for building custom Flutter packages; Kotlin preferred
Firebase experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics
Figma proficiency for analyzing designs and building apps
Git experience for project management and team collaboration
Ability to provide a portfolio of solely worked-on projects upon request
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Nice-to-have technologies: Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Native Android/Kotlin, and Dart
