Account Manager

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned renewal and expansion quotas to drive revenue growth.
• Develop informed, strategic retention and growth plans in partnership with your Customer Success Manager.
• Lead renewals with confidence so clients feel valued, supported, and excited to sign on for another year (or more).
• Build pipeline through focused weekly outbound activities, own upsell and cross-sell opportunities by showing clients how Mongoose can solve even more of their challenges.
• Build rock-solid relationships through strategic outreach and Mongoose Quarterly Reviews (MQRs).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to identify risks and develop creative solutions to challenges or closing opportunities.
• Represent Mongoose at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
